NAZA OPENS THE FIRST DEDICATED VESPA 3S CENTER

PETALING JAYA, 18 JULAI 2012 – NAZA Primera Sdn. Bhd, official distributor of Vespa scooters in Malaysia, opened the doors of its first 3S Center located in Petaling Jaya today. Present at the launch of the new Vespa 3S Center were , Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Dato’ Razali Haji. Ibrahim,Italian Ambassador to Malaysia, H.E. Folco De Luca Gabrielli, , Managing Director of Piaggio APAC, Mark Franklin, Joint Group Executive Chairman of NAZA Group of Companies, Datuk Wira Haji. SM Faisal Tan Sri SM Nasimuddin, and Group Chief Operating Officer NAZA Group of Companies, Dato’ SM Zulkifli SM Amin.
With a RM1 million investment in the 3,000 sq. ft. facility, NAZA Premira is delivering on its promise to support its dealers and better cater to its loyal Vespa customers. The showroom is an extension of the NAZA Automall in Petaling Jaya and functions as a 3S ( Sales, Service & Spare Parts) centre and includes a workshop area with 3 service bays. A variety of Vespa scooters, accessories and lifestyle items are on display in the showroom.
NAZA Premira has plans to open a further 4 showrooms by the end of this year; 1 in Penang (to be under its operation) and the other 3 in Melaka, Johor Bharu and Puchong. The Vespa showroom at NAZA Automall is open daily from 10am to 7pm (inclusive of weekends), whilst the workshop is open 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am – 1pm (Saturday).
Dato’ Razali in his speech, “ Vespa has been here in Malaysia for 67 years and Malaysia also has been a heaven for motorcyclist since 90% of motorcycles here assembled locally so that the low income owners can own one due to the zero taxes and much cheaper road tax. He added, NAZA’s safe riding campaign plays an important role to the community part from the government itself. And lastly, Dato’ Razali believes the sales of this product will increase undoubtedly by this grand opening.
