Committed towards maximizing clients’ satisfaction by focussing on fulfilling their needs and continuously taking positive actions toward improvements which meet the clients’ needs in order to equip clients with training, skills and empowerment.

 

Quality Objectives
1.
Skills Development Division
*
To ensure the turn up of 75% of candidates who have received admission offer;
*
To ensure that less than 20% of the application forms received are rejected;
*
To ensure that more than 90% of the IKBN trainees succeed in receiving full certification; and
*
To ensure that more than 95% of IKTBN Sepang trainees undergoing the short term course are awarded certificates.
2.
Administration and Quality Committee Branch
To implement Internal Quality Audit twice a year.
3.
Training Branch
To implement 90% of planned programmes.


4.
Financial Branch.
To evaluate suppliers’ performance twice a year.
5.
National Institute of Higher Skills for Youth (IKTBN) Sepang
*
To offer 20 courses annually; and
*
To provide training for 100 trainees annually.
6.
National Institute of Skills for Youth (IKBN) Seri Iskandar
To ensure that 95% of trainees receive the Malaysian Standard Skill Certificate (SKM).
