- To follow skill training under Malaysian Ministry Youth and Sports you must apply with online through Malaysian Ministry Youth and Skill at www.kbs.gov.my
- Intake 2 times a year (Mac and September) through advertisement in local newspaper such as Mingguan Malaysia, Berita Harian, Nanyang Siang Pau, Tamil Nesan, Akhbar Sarawak and Daily Express.
