MINISTRY OF YOUTH AND SPORTS MALAYSIA 2011 CLIENT’S CHARTER

1. Submit the Cabinet Memorandum and Notes to the Cabinet Meeting Secretariat within the time given
2. To offer a total of 5000 diploma and certification of various courses on technical skills for youth in a year
3. Approve the application for registration of youth organizations within 30 days provided it meets the requirements of the Societies Act 2007 and Youth Development.
4. Respond to any inquiries or complaints from clients/public within three working days.
